By making a purchase, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before placing an order.

1. Ordering and Payment
Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email. Payment must be made in full before the order is processed. Accepted payment methods can be seen at the checkout.

2. Shipping and Delivery
Orders will be shipped within 3-5 business days. Delivery times may vary depending on your location, but the delivery usually takes up to two weeks (longer during holidays). However, often the artwork will ship sooner and may arrive within a few days. International shipping will take longer. I’m not responsible for delays due to unforeseen circumstances. Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout. Please ensure your shipping address is correct, as we are not responsible for incorrect addresses. Shipping only in EU.

3. Local Pickup
For local customers, you can arrange a pickup from Kruununhaka, Helsinki. Please contact me by email (hello@heta.design) to schedule a pickup time in advance.

4. Returns and Exchanges
We hope you love your purchase! However, if you are not satisfied, you can return your item within 14 days from the date of receipt. The item must be in its original condition. Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the buyer.

5. Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately via email with photos of the item and packaging. Damaged artworks must be returned within five business days. We will arrange for a replacement or refund.

6. Privacy Policy
Your personal information is kept secure. We will only use it for processing orders and communication related to your purchase. We do not share your information with third parties. Please notice that we may share your data with service providers such as payment processors, but only as necessary to process your order.

FAQ

Are the artworks unique?
Yes, all artworks are unique, meaning there is only one piece. This doesn’t apply to prints or postcards, but art prints are numbered and signed. A certificate of authenticity will be included. All artworks are signed.

Can I see the artworks in person?
Yes! You’re welcome to visit my home studio Kruununhaka, Helsinki (Finland) to view the artworks in person at a pre-arranged time. I can also send videos and pictures of specific details upon request. Contact via email hello@heta.design

Can I commission a piece made to my preferences?
Commissions are possible within certain limits. You can influence things like color and style.

Do the artworks come with frames?
Unless stated otherwise, artworks do not come framed. Works on canvas don’t require frames, but if you buy a work on paper, you can frame it as you like.

Can I purchase art for my company on an invoice?
Yes, I can issue invoices for corporate customers. If you're purchasing art for a company, please contact me via email hello@heta.design

Can artworks be rented?
Some available artworks can be rented for things like photoshoots. For long-term rentals, please inquire via email.

Can I reserve an artwork?
You can reserve artworks for a short period by contacting me via email.
